1. Product Introduction
The CA4040 multi-line squaring equipment is designed to meet the needs of batch squaring processing of super-hard and brittle materials such as sapphire, special ceramics, and silicon nitride. The equipment is designed through workpiece swinging (reducing the cutting area) to achieve cutting of ultra-hard and brittle materials; the five-roller design can achieve cutting of products with a thickness ranging from 5mm to 60mm.
2. Features
-The workbench adopts a double-station configuration, which can cut two plates of materials at the same time.
-The roller cutting system, workbench, tension mechanism, retracting and unwinding lines, and cable arrangement system are arranged on one plane, making operation easy.
- The worktable swings for cutting, with stronger cutting force. The dual worktables have independent servo control systems and can operate independently.
-Three-axis and five-axis winding methods are optional to achieve cutting of products with different thicknesses.
-Five-roller direct-drive structure ensures stable operation of the equipment.
- Equipped with disconnection and resume functions.
