Q: Could you guys provide OEM/ ODM services for us?
A: Yes. We can mark your logo and dimensions on the cutters, and also packing parameters as well.
Q: Could you send samples for me before the mass production? What about the inspection procedures?
A: Sure. We can send you our stock samples for free to check the quality. In the meantime, we will inspect all of our goods before shipping and issue the inspection report for you, and also you can ask a third-party QC to come and inspect.
Q: Can you make customized cutters?
A: Yes. We have a professional R&D and technical team who will help you design based on your requirements, and make the professional drawing as well.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally we need 5- 15 working days, it depends on the qty.
Q: What's your minimum order requirement?
A: Stock products MOQ 1 piece, but for customized products the MOQ is 5 pieces for each.
